Stunning 1960s pale blue ice queen cocktail dress. by Norman Young. 

The body is fitted with a scoop neckline with structured shoulder caps. The skirt is slightly a-lined out from the under bust. The pattern of this dress is great with huge structured metallic two tone flowers all over the fabric. They create a 3D effect.

This piece is great for the winter parties or as a costume think Elsa the Snow queen or Anna in Frozen.

This would look exceptional with a clutch purse and metallic heels.
