Chic 70s / 80s four piece set by Country Casuals in a n abstract Liberty fabric.

The set comprises of a four pieces: a blouse, skirt, vest & belt/tie.

The blouse has gentle balloon sleeves with ruffled cuffs & a high ruffled neck. The skirt is classic knee-length pleat.

There is a quilted waist length vest which would be equally amazing with a pair of denim bell bottoms and a white cotton blouse under....

Finally, there is a long matching fabric length which can be worn as a belt or neck tie as shown in the photos.
