1970s navy and white Kati at Laura Phillips supermodel length maxi dress.

The dress is a fab combo of polka dots and stripes. The chevron stripe at the waist and hips gives the illusions of a drawn in the waist & accentuates the length.

Long striped attached necktie which looks equally great tied or left loose hanging ... 

Extra long cuffs with billowy bishop sleeves. Zipper at back.
