Early 1970s lemon yellow Jeff Banks style smock tunic with outrageously large balloon sleeves!

The blouse has square neckline with lots of detailing. Decorative folk inspired stitching around the bib yoke & back in bright yellow and emerald green. There are 8 floral buttons up front for fastening....

Super cute and perfect for summer this tunic would look great with flares or hot pants and gladiator sandals...
