Fabulous baby blue billowing balloon sleeve tunic smock by Peepers!

Up for grabs we have a gorgeous early 70s crepe smock tunic...very reminisent of pieces by Ossie Clark and Celia Birtwell or Biba. 

The fabric is a lovely dusky pale blue and features a gorgeous brick red Owl print all over the Bib, the cuffs and long tie straps. Huge balloon sleeves billow from gathered shoulders and there is some flattering smocking across the front seam...

Cute red buttons at each cuff complete the design! 

This piece would look incredible with some crepe high waist flares and platform shoes!
