Super groovy monochrome micro dot maxi skirt by Chelsea Girl! 

The skirt is incredibly flattering at the waistline as it has a split scallope feature at the front which totally makes the whole design! 

The fabric is very smooth and slinky and inky black with tiny white dots all over! A-line wide cut to flare out nicely!

A silver metal zipper at the back for easy access completes this skirt!
