Amazing billowing balloon sleeve tunic smock by Jeff Banks!

Probably the nicest Jeff Banks I have come across to date! 

The smock features cute flower pop cotton yolk and back shoulder panel with colours including turquoise, lilac, chocolate and orange!

The neckline is squared with lilac trim all around. Very striking! 

There are eight orange buttons at the front and three more at each cuff! 

The smock is button through and longer at the sides for a full swing effect.

To balance it out, the hem also features the lilac trim...if you dare this can be worn as a micro mini dress! Please see measurements below...

The sleeves are pin tuck at the shoulder and billow down with fitted cuffs!
