Gorgeous silver sparkly 70s does 30s flutter midi dress!

This easy wear piece features three large covered buttons on each shoulder, deco shape cap sleeves, a layered skirt and matching silver sparkle belt (that can be removed) 

 Wear this with bold bangles and high metallic heels in either a 70s glam rock fashion or thirties dolly look!  Both work very well with the cut of this dress..
