Amazing late 60s early 70s navy and white dotty flutter gown by Susan Small.
The gown features a frill all the way around the bustline which can be worn on or off the shoulder (see pics) and a fitted body with the skirt piece pleated into 3 sections at the front and at the back which creates a gorgeous sweep when walking..the sleeves are flatteringly fluttering and the duster hem and sleeves both feature broderie anglaise as trim.
Simply gorgeous!
The dress is fully lined with a zipper at the back.
