SHIPPING

All orders will be processed and dispatched within 3 working days.

UK (domestic) orders are sent via Royal Mail ‘Signed-For’ service.

International orders are sent via Royal Mail ’Tracked’ service.

Once your order has been dispatched we will send you confirmation and the tracking information.

If you require any alternative shipping methods (eg Special/Next Day delivery) then please contact us before making a purchase and we will amend the shipping charges (as these will be higher).

CARE/CONDITION

Although we steam clean all our lovely items we do recommend a dry clean in some cases as there may occur storage marks.

RETURNS

All of our items are in very good to excellent vintage condition.

We always do our best to highlight any flaws and the price will always reflect this.

We only accept UK returns within 14 days of purchase (as stated under the distance selling regulation act) but only if the item is not as described.

The item must be returned in the condition it was purchased in.

All return postage costs are the buyers responsibility and the item must be returned via a Tracked postal service.

If you feel an item is not as described then please message us with your issues and we will do our best to resolve any problems.

We do not accept returns on sale items.

We do not accept International returns.

Alway contact us first before returning an item.
