Fabulous billowing balloon sleeve tunic smock by Brutus!

Another fabulous smock from the late 60s early 70s in a gorgeous creamy vanilla scoop pale yellow..

The neckline is squared with 18 cream buttons in the front row...the sleeves feature pin tuck shoulders for extra structure and massive big sleeves that also hold 3 of those same buttons at each cuff. 

The body is pleated all at the front and back for that cute babydoll effect and open at the front from the last button down. Please see pics. 

The tunic can be worn open over something else or closed as a top on its own...
