 1970s lipstick red crop blouse with HUUUGE sleeves! 

 Absolutely amazing late 60s early 70s party blouse by David Butler by Pressler! 

Large flat 40s style collars with nine covered buttons up front this piece is crop style and features a flat waistband with two more covered buttons for closure. 

The shoulders are gathered and fall into the biggest balloon sleeves I have seen in years!! They are held in place by wide cuffs that feature two more buttons on each side.

This blouse is iconic!

Think Goldie Hawn in Ossie Clark in the movie "There is a girl in my Soup"

Just so groovy and ideal for high waist bottoms!
