Another classic stunner by our fave rave Jeff Banks! 

This tomato red semi sheer blouse is full of great detail, as always!

Slinky bright fabric that features teeny bunches of little white & blue flowers all over. Very whimsical and very 1940s...the collar is pointed with a loop button closure at the top and 7 more buttons following below...the shoulders are pintucked and there are gentle balloon sleeves held in place by pointy single button cuff closures!

So sweet! 

Team this beauty with simple blue jeans and ankle boots or tuck into high waist hot pants for a night out and GO BARE IF YOU DARE!
